I’ve just signed up to become a pretzel club member. when will i receive my first parcel?

The cut-off date for the next month’s parcel is the 28th of the month before. This means that If you order before or on this date, you will receive next month’s Pretzel Club. If you order after (for example the 30th), your first parcel will be the following month’s. An example: you place your order on 31st August. Your first parcel will be October’s.

when will my order be sent out?

Orders are sent throughout the period spanning the last week of the previous month and the first week of the next month. International orders are sent first, although we can’t predict any delays in the postal service so international orders may be delayed, which could mean that you miss the first feast day included in the box. We also offer a digital version of the Pretzel Club which might suit your family better if you live far away from the UK!

Similarly, we sadly can’t take responsibility for any customs charges for overseas customers.

Can I buy a membership for someone else?

Yes you can! Just put the recipient’s name and address in the address field, keeping your address in the billing address field.

how do i cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by logging into your account (which you created when signing up) - feel free to email us if you’re having problems accessing your account.

Is there any way of knowing what the contents of each box will be before signing up? how do you choose the content?

We announce the topics of each month’s parcel in the middle of the month before on Instagram and via our newsletter. Topics are chosen to complement the liturgical calendar. Sometimes, you might notice a theme!
